Fields HR research on behalf of a client based in Douala, one (01) Electrician q ui will be responsible for:

• Read diagrams of electrical networks;
• Put in place facilities for installing networks or renovating them;
• Perform test and measurement phases;
• Put electrical equipment into service;
• Respond urgently to breakdowns;
• Locate and diagnose malfunctions;
• Maintain and repair electrical machines,
• Lay cable trays, carry out wiring and cable pulling on machines,
• Identify locations, plan cable trays to install new equipment or to de-wire for moving machines,
• Provide workshop repairs;
• Offer innovative alternative solutions.

TRAINING / SKILLS AND QUALITIES

The candidate must hold a Bac F3 / Bac + 2 Electrotechnique.

; And have a minimum of five (02) years experience in a similar position.

He must know

• Read and interpret electrical and electronic diagrams, automations;
• Detect a malfunction, develop a system diagnosis;
• Use electrical measuring devices;
• Apply control and test rules and procedures;
• Anticipate risks related to the business, protect yourself;
• Respect the strict safety standards and regulations of the industrial environment which uses sometimes very high powers;
• Communicate with a team, while being able to work alone;
• Be able to meet strict deadlines.

And must be  rigorous and methodical, precise and skillful, ingenious and autonomous, passionate about technology, open and available, quick to intervene and be in good physical condition.

* NB: possession of an A license and skills or experience in air conditioning and refrigeration will be major assets.
