Description
1. JOB ROLE
1.1. The job role shall be CX Research & Data Entry Agent
1.2. The nature of the employment shall be on part-time bases.
1.3. The working days shall include Mondays to Fridays.
1.4. The employee shall decide the number of hours to work per day, but shall have daily targets that must be met.
1.5. The employee shall send a report of the previous day’s work the morning of the preceding day ideally before 9am by email.
1.6. Any delays or challenges should be reported in a timely manner.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
2.1. Online search and entry of Customer Service Data
2.2. Daily Reporting
2.3. Writing Customer Service Articles
3. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The work done shall be charged based on the number of listings entered.
3.2. One listing will be billed at a fixed rate per listing.
3.3. The total listings submitted will be calculated and payments made on the last day of each month.
3.4. Performance-based bonuses will be given at the discretion of the employer.
3.5. The cost of internet connection shall be subsidized by the employer.
4. REQUIREMENTS
4.1. BSc in Business Studies or IT (Masters is a plus)
4.2.Good writing skills
4.3.Excellent Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel (is a plus)
N.B. This is a remote job, thus applicant must have access to the internet and acomputer.
