BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA is recruiting for one of its customers in the mobile services sector :
CUSTOMER ADVISORS (M / F) (Ref. CC001)
CDI based in Douala, Yaoundé and Garoua
Under the supervision of the Care Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Respond to customer requests and direct them to navigate the store
· Inform customers and take into account their requests and comments
· Process complaints, present and argue the benefits of products and services
· Manage the queue
Profile required
· Know the procedures for welcoming customers
· Know the treatment procedures related to the services and benefits offered
· Mastering a foreign language and especially English is a plus
· Know the location of the store and update its knowledge
· Know how to solve the problem posed by the client by going to get the information or the resource person
· Respond quickly and resolve problems encountered by customers
· Succeed in managing interruptions without interfering in the quality of service
· Make sure to maintain and tidy up your workspace
· Listening to the client to understand their needs
· Be vigilant and rigorous in the application of procedures
· Manage a physical reception relationship as well as a telephone exchange
· Adapt to different customer profiles
· Know how to keep calm despite a client's potential objections
· Know how to give clear explanations to clients and colleagues
· Good physical presentation and good speech
