Description
In order to penalize its activities, the company AGRO-VET XPERT SARL whose activity is based on certain points, namely financial engineering, consultation, assembly and monitoring of project management, monitoring and control of agro-food and agro-industry management. Looking for a Community Manager
Mission:
The community manager is primarily the relay of all communications from schools and training centers made on the official supports that are the sites, the partner sites, and group supports, thus relayed towards the social networks. You evolve at the heart of the school communication teams and expand your network as opportunities arise. Your role is to collect, write and disseminate messages and life within the company but also to offer new words on social networks. Reporting hierarchically to Marketing and Sales Manager, he is responsible for:
- Animation of a network of editors / informants in schools
- Content search
- Content development and writing
- Monitoring and analysis of statistics on the presence of schools (Sites, fan pages, youtube account, etc.)
- Managing the shared content library
- Involvement alongside CM regions in a “Monitoring, good practices and CM tools” working group
- Failing to produce the contents of all pages / media, you must plan and coordinate their creation.
- Power of proposal in the positioning of pages and recommendation in the conduct of recruitment and animation operations
- Participation in "Market Focus" work, information and internal monitoring newsletter for the group
The day before and measure of notoriety:
- Ensure with other community managers and the group's web team a technological watch (new applications, changes in facebook constraints, etc.)
- Monitor competing operations and practices in terms of advertising and communication (digital actions and news from competitors)
- Control of the e? Reputation of the Group's brands and intervention if necessary in relation with the school communication teams
Project management
- Editorial animation of the IDF mobile application
OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS PROFILE:
- Have skills related to web communication professions:
- Real capacity in web writing (good spelling, knowledge of good SEO practices)
- Control of technical settings on different social platforms (twitter, facebook, youtube…)
- Notion in HTML integration and / or PHP Development
- Ability or motivation to take quality photographs, retouch them, and adapt them to web constraints Example of objectives that we will set for the community manager: Quali / quanti criteria:
- Increase the rate of engagement / reaction to publications on facebook
- Increase the number of fans sharing on facebook
- Encourage twitter users to practice RT for our publications
- Know how to support a change of posture or the creation of a presence on networks (current or new)
- Develop a performance management tool (indicators, reporting support, etc.)
- Develop the audience of the networks in proportion to the prospecting opportunities of the schools (lead direct recruitment actions for fans / followers)
