Our client is one of the oldest authorized distributors of the CANAL + bouquet in Cameroon. It claims a large number of points of sale on the national territorywhere it distributes a set of channels through different pan-African formulas (Access, Evasion, etc.) published by Canal + International.

As part of its development, RIGHT PERFORMANCE is looking for itsCOMMERCIAL NETWORK MANAGER

About the post

Reporting to the Director General, you are responsible for the animation and development of the distribution network. Thanks to your qualities as manager, facilitator and negotiator, you develop the turnover of the entire network.

Your main missions will be to:

  • In collaboration with the general management, define the strategy and objectives by region
  • Analyze sales results across the national network
  • Ensure good control of our offers by the network of resellers and sales agents
  • Regularly set up training and experience sharing actions
  • Encourage and support agents and resellers in their prospecting actions to widen the base of customers and prospects
  • Propose commercial offers adapted to the needs of end customers, in connection with the marketing department of Canal + Cameroon
  • Develop a relationship of trust with the network of sales agents
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of the establishment and completion of customer orders with the planning manager
  • Report on the commercial performance of the entire network including one on a weekly basis.

As part of these activities, you will have to travel very regularly for the different regions.

About the profile

  • Strong motivation, sense of persuasion, listening, quality of speech, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Organization and autonomy to manage and prioritize the different activities;
  • Ability to decode a market to analyze trends, know the players, analyze and anticipate customer choices;
  • Strength of conviction and negotiation
  • Ability to adapt and curiosity to deal with the diversity of interlocutors and the unexpected during negotiations;
  • Ability to manage stress and daily pressure taking into account the challenges (competitive pressure, budget levels, deadlines to be met ...).
  • Sense of analysis
  • Good teacher
