Main missions :
The Customer Manager is the main person responsible for Click & Eat's customer relations. He or she responds to customers who contact us by call or through our various digital platforms. Its role consists in particular in:
- Take orders and customer needs by call or through our various digital platforms
- Ensure the transmission of orders to the departments or partners concerned
- Operational liaison with restaurants and other partner companies
- Coordinate the delivery team so that orders are delivered in the best conditions
- Provide customer service including reassuring customers and solving any problems
- Sell products or services to customers and prospects
- Participate in complementary activities: carrying out satisfaction surveys, loyalty operations, updating data in the information system, etc.
- Participate in the development of the customer relationship strategy, action plans and customer service objectives
- Participate in the development or improvement of customer service quality procedures and their application
- Collect customer comments and forward them to the relevant departments
- Propose solutions in response to customer complaints
- Find new customers through the company's various advertising campaigns
- Take part in prospecting (physical travel, telephone, mailing ...)
- Develop the sales pitch
- Follow up with customers after the sale
- Maintain the daily cash register
- Perform the accounts at the end of the day
- Produce a daily cash report according to a predefined model
Profile:
- Education: License in marketing, communication, commercial action, management or any other relevant discipline
- Age: 21-35 years old
- Professional Experience: not required
- Ability to read, write and express themselves in French and English
- Knowing how to conduct a telephone interview (good speech, verbal rhythm, tone, politeness, respect for timing)
- Master difficult situations,
- Master customer relations and sales techniques,
- Know the products or services perfectly,
- Master the use of IT tools
- Be attentive, responsive, positive, diplomatic, persuasive and tenacious.
- Stay patient and be polite to any test, despite an often noisy environment and sometimes unpleasant customers.
- Being available as being able to work shift schedules, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job requirements:
Working condition: The place of service of Customer Charges will be in the city of Yaoundé, but could be moved to any other city in Cameroon. In addition, its missions may require travel. The contract will have a renewable term of one (01) year.
