JOB OFFER BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA RECRUITS FOR A MOBILE COMPANY: ONE (01) CHIEF INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (Ref: CITO 001)

MISSIONS

  • Accountable of the global strategy and Execution Plan in terms of Technical Infrastructure, Softwares and applications, R & D
  • Manages relationship with all technical and technology partners 
  • Develops the company's strategy for using technological resources
  • Ensures technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely 
  • Evaluates and implements new systems and infrastructure

ACTIVITIES: 

  • Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  • Help departments use technology profitably
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes 
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
  • Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
  • Manage the technical team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience on a similar role or IT Director role
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT & Telecom systems and their specifications
  • Proven experience in managing performing teams
  • Engineer in computer science, Telecom or relevant field;
  • Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
  • Understanding of budgets and business-planning
  • Ability to conduct technological analyzes and research
