JOB OFFER BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA RECRUITS FOR A MOBILE COMPANY: ONE (01) CHIEF INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (Ref: CITO 001)
MISSIONS
- Accountable of the global strategy and Execution Plan in terms of Technical Infrastructure, Softwares and applications, R & D
- Manages relationship with all technical and technology partners
- Develops the company's strategy for using technological resources
- Ensures technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
- Evaluates and implements new systems and infrastructure
ACTIVITIES:
- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Help departments use technology profitably
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
- Manage the technical team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience on a similar role or IT Director role
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT & Telecom systems and their specifications
- Proven experience in managing performing teams
- Engineer in computer science, Telecom or relevant field;
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyzes and research
