Background and rationale:
A major company [GENERAL BUSINESS OF AFRICA SA] based in Douala, operating in the commercial sector, in particular in the representation and distribution of major brands of cosmetics and food products of recognized notoriety, research for its development and its service needs One Area Dynamic Sales Supervisor.
Place of performance of the contract: Douala
Status: Frame
Type of contract: CDI with four (04) month trial, possibly renewable
Reporting links: N + 1: Sales Director, N-1: Regional Sales Manager, Sales team leader
Salary: to be negotiated
Missions
- Increase sales in its sector
- Ensure the launch, growth and penetration of our products in the markets of its sector
- Acquire new market shares in its sector
- Build customer loyalty from different portfolios in its sector
KPI: Increase turnover in its sector by 30% four months after taking office
Responsibilities:
- Define the objectives of its sales team based on the overall objective of the company.
- Follow major account customers
- Supervise the sales team in its sector
- Regularly carry out inspections throughout its sector with rigor and objectivity
- Perform competitive intelligence
- Negotiate orders with key account customers
- Put digital distribution at 100%
- Achieve sales and distribution objectives (prospecting, sale, delivery and collection)
- Recruit new customers
- Weekly reporting to the hierarchy
- Other missions entrusted by the hierarchy.
Profile required
- Hold a minimum level diploma License in MCV, Marketing Management, Sales and Commercial Negotiation
- Have at least eight (08) years of experience in Commerce, Sales and distribution including at least 04 years in a management position for sales teams
- Being bilingual is an asset
- Be dynamic and have a sense of responsibility
- Be rigorous and proactive
- Master office software
- Be comfortable with numbers and interpreting data
- Have good communication, interpersonal skills
- Have a good capacity for analysis, synthesis, a sense of observation and listening
- Be autonomous, organized with a taste for teamwork
- Be able to work under pressure and challenge yourself.
