BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA RECRUITS FOR ONE OF ITS CUSTOMERS:

 

AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (VE) Ref: (ADM 002)

 

Permanent contract based at DOUALA

 

 

 

You will be responsible for the following activities:

 

  • Management of administrative files, respecting deadlines, company protocol and compliance with current legislation.
  • Drafting and filling in documents
  • Data entry
  • Classification of documentation on paper and / or electronic
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, managing the agenda
  • Management of drivers, guards and domestic staff

 

Profile required:

 

  • Administrative skills with a minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative employee
  • Up-to-date knowledge of bureaucratic standards and procedures
  • Know how to use the most common office devices (telephone systems, fax, printers, photocopiers, etc.) and have the computer skills necessary to use electronic sheets, prepare texts on the computer, manage archives, databases and other applications (such as management software ).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, in order to manage mail and telephone calls independently
  • Precision, order and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Operational flexibility and problem solving
  • Patience and reliability
