As part of its development plan, SOCIETE FINANCIERE DE TOURISME ET DE LOISIRS (SOFITOUL SA), IATA approved tour operator, leader in the tourism industry in Cameroon and in the CEMAC zone is launching a call for candidates for the recruitment of 'a :

 

ADMINISTRATION, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE DIRECTOR (DAF)

Place of employment : Yaoundé

Missions

The Administrative and Financial Director (DAF) works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to plan the strategic and financial development of the company. The DAF also represents the company during banking negotiations or with certain administrations (Taxes, CNPS, etc.).

The DAF supervises the accounting and tax department, the treasury and credit department, the human and legal resources department, and the general resources department.

The missions of the head of the DAF and its services consist in:

-       Control the company's accounts and the proper management of its cash;

-       Ensure the solvency of the company;

-       Anticipate the company's development strategy and the various investments and financing required;

-       Carry out a regulatory watch relating to the sector of activity of the company;

-       Communicate with the tax and social services;

Hierarchic reattachment

The Administration, Accounting and Finance Director reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Education / Training:

-       Bac +4 / 5 in Finance and Accounting (DSCG, MSTCF, DESCF, DECF, etc.).

-       Training in taxation is a plus.

Professional experience :

-       Minimum 10 years of experience in the administration, accounting and finance sector with proven experience in the supervision of accounting, treasury, human resources and general resources.

-       Experience in the service sector in general and tourism in particular is a plus.

Specific skills :

-       Mastery of the accounting function;

-       Mastery of the treasury function;

-       Control of taxation;

-       Control of the human and legal resources function;

-       Mastery of the general resources function;

-       Proficiency in accounting software such as SAARI;

-       Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets (Excel) and office software such as Word, Power Point and electronic messaging tools;

-       Perfectly bilingual.

Transversal skills :

-       Good capacity for autonomy and teamwork;

-       Keep its commitments in terms of deliverables and deadlines;

-       Leadership. Ability to motivate and mobilize staff;

-       High level of respect for ethical rules.
