Fed Africa is a recruitment agency by direct approach and by advertisements, dedicated to the African continent. We work on Middle and Top Management functions in support of local and international groups in their developments in the Africa region.
For one of our clients from the international agro-indusitrel group, we are looking for an Administrative and Financial Director for Men to manage all of the finance activities at its various sites in Cameroon. This position is based in Cameroon as an isolated site with trips to Douala.
YOUR FUNCTION
- Manage all finance, administrative and IT teams with, among others, 1 chief accountant, 1 management control manager, 1 IT development manager and 1 treasury manager.
- Coordinate all accounting (general, analytical, consolidation) and management control work.
- Participate in the transformation of management control so that it can become a force for proposals and a decision-making aid.
- Provide operational and operating departments with relevant and reliable financial information to enable them to manage their activities in the best possible way, while respecting group standards and benchmarks.
- Regular reporting to general management in Cameroon and at headquarters.
- Ensuring that IS can bring real added value to users, especially with management software (CMMS, etc.).
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a higher education in finance.
- You have experience of at least 10 years in a position including the management of finance and support functions with the management of a multidisciplinary team.
- You must have experience in an industrial and manufacturing environment, ideally in the agro-industry.
- You have demonstrated adaptability in the context of an isolated site experience.
- You have a good command of IT and management tools.
- You have experience in analyzing complex situations.
