R&A+ Looking for a:
THE HEAD OF MISSION WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED PUBLIC FINANCE FRAMEWORK, AND MUST: HAVE A BAC+5 IN PUBLIC FINANCE, HAVE A PEFA OR PIMA CERTIFICATION, HAVE CONCRETE EXPERIENCE (AT LEAST TWO MISSIONS) IN CONDUCT SIMILAR WORK, HAVE A PROVEN CAPACITY IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AT LEAST EIGHT (8) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE; HAVE TWO (2) REFERENCES IN THE FIELD OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SELECTION / PRIORITIZATION TOOLS, FRENCH OR ENGLISH, KNOWLEDGE, HAVE A GOOD MASTERY OF PROCESSING SOFTWARE.
